How to Register
Upon successful Smart Meter installation, please follow this guidelines on how to register USMS acoount:
Steps

Go to www.usms.com.bn then go to 'USMS Self-Care' and tap the 'Resident' or 'Commercial'. Click 'Register here' to register

You need to key in your Idendity Card No. or Business Registration No. for verification. Click 'Verify'

Upon successful verification and validation, you will received OTP code via SMS to your registered number. Then you will prompt to create new password for security purposes.

Once successful login, you will be able to view your USMS Utilities dashboard.
Setelah pemasangan Smart Meter berjaya, sila rujuk ke panduan tatacara mendaftar ke akaun USMS di bawah ini:
Steps

Pergi ke www.usms.com.bn kemudian pergi ke 'USMS Self-Care' dan tekan 'Residential' atau 'Commercial' Tekan 'Register here' untuk mendaftar

Awda perlu memasukkan No. Kad Pengenalan atau No. Pendaftaran Perniagaan awda untuk pengesahan. Tekan 'Verify'
03
Setelah pengesahan berjaya, awda akan menerima kod OTP melalui SMS kepada nombor berdaftar. Sila masukkan kata laluan baharu untuk tujuan keselamatan.

Setelah berjaya log masuk, awda akan dapat melihat dashboard untiliti USMS awda.
