Supporting a Smart Future: USMS Sdn Bhd, Housing Development Department (HDD), dan Department of Water Services (DWS) facilitate Smart Water Meter Registration

Lugu, 16 December 2024 – As part of Brunei’s commitment to digital transformation, Housing Development Department (HDD), Ministry of Development, in collaboration with USMS Sdn Bhd and the Department of Water Services (DWS), conducted a three (3) days service counter to support the residents of Perumahan Negara Kampung Lugu.

Held from 9^th to 11^th December 2024 at the site office in Perumahan Negara Kampung Lugu, the program aimed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the residents through the registration and activation of Smart Water Meters.

Services provided during the program included:

• Smart Water Meter registration and activation
• Water Account registration
• Step-by-step guidance on downloading and registering the USMS mobile app
• Hands-on assistance with using the app for top-ups and account monitoring
• On-site support for general inquiries related to USMS
