USMS Top Up Term & Condition

1. You have confirmed that DES, DWS or BPC Smart Meter Number (“Meter Number”) entered is correct and the USMS Top Up will be utilized for the top up of the Meter Number. You have further acknowledged that there will be NO REFUND for successful transactions under the USMS Credit Top Up.
2. The payment receipt will be sent to your registered email and SMS through your registered mobile during registration. DST Network will not be responsible for registration of any incorrect email account or mobile number.
   Once the payment is accepted by the USMS system, the top up amount in kWh will be credited in the meter at meter near real time.
3. DST Network shall not be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise for any direct or indirect economic or financial loss or damage (including loss of revenue or profits) howsoever caused or arising, including but not limited to any such loss caused or arising from any of your act or omission in relation to this transaction or use of this website/app.
